
Meet your coach
I'm Yb Bamberg, a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Mobility Coach based in Amsterdam.
My movement journey started as a professional dancer specialized in classical ballet and contemporary dance. Throughout my dance career I developed a profound understanding of the body’s intricate mechanics, its anatomy and its full potential.
After an injury I decided to transition into Personal Training, helping other people by sharing my knowledge and experience in the art of movement. I have made it my mission to help my clients achieve their fitness goals: from muscle gain, to weight loss and increased mobility – all while having fun along the way.
I have two Personal Trainer educations: the internationally recognized NASM certification, and the Milo Performance & Education diploma (EREPS certified). To further deepen my knowledge and specialize in mobility training, I also completed the Mobility Coach certification.
On top of this, I am a dedicated yogi, specialized in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. I have completed my 200 hours Vinyasa teacher training and a 50 hours specialization in Ashtanga, both at the YogaDen Amsterdam.

My Philosophy
I believe that a healthy body is one that embodies both strength and flexibility. It is in finding the perfect balance between these two components that we unlock our full potential, leading to optimal performance in our daily lives – both mentally and physically.
What to expect
Mobility: My training sessions are thoughtfully designed to focus on developing strength while increasing mobility.
Injury Prevention: Key components of how I work are the use of proper form and technique, teaching you correct movement patterns that not only boost efficiency but also prevent present and future injuries.
Personal attention: Everyone’s body is unique, with its own set of individual needs and goals. That's why my approach is tailored to suit you specifically, ensuring that your fitness journey is as personalized as it can be to obtain maximal results.
Education: As your coach, I’ll aim to give you as much knowledge as possible regarding your training, posture and lifestyle, empowering you to independently maintain and further develop the results you achieve outside of our training hours together.
Motivation: Every session I will motivate you to achieve your specific fitness goals, but most importantly, to experience the joy of moving and the sense of accomplishment that comes with it, so that fitness becomes and remains a pillar in your life.
